Clipacore Duocut
The Clipacore duo cut system provides consistent results and quickly!
Our easy to use design enlarges existing holes to a wide variety of diameters for a wide variety of applications, including:
• Upgrading boiler flues
• Upgrading gas pipes
• Upgrading waste pipes / soil pipes
• Upgrading extractor fans
• Upgrading condense pipes
The inner spring-loaded core bit provides easy removal following the wall’s outer core scarring, ensuring perfectly symmetrical holes to one another. The larger outer core is quickly released from the drill / Arbor adaptor (not supplied) by simply removing the Clipacore circlip.

For condense pipe or gas pipe upgrades try our 22mm or 28mm extra long core bits and simply add your desired size core bit for the new hole.

The Clipacore Duocut system is compatible for interchanging 1/2″ threaded core bits ranging from 38mm upto 152mm.
DISCLAIMER
a) The inner spring loaded core bit must only remain connected until the outer larger core bit reaches the point when it has sufficiently scarred the wall.
b) Failing to adopt this technique will likely result in loose debris becoming lodged between both core bits and prevent the inner spring loaded core bit unwinding easily.
c) The inner spring loaded core bit needs to be made hand tight only against the compression spring.
d) The Clipacore Drill adaptor is not supplied within the kit of parts and must be purchased separately.
e) Clipacore Duocut is not suitable for dust extraction units which typically attach to the drill.
f) The adaptors are designed for dry core cutting only and not to be used in conjunction with water fed systems.
g) The Clipacore Duocut adaptor has been designed to permanently remain on the larger outer core bit, however, it can be removed utilising the flat sections for interchanging to another size.
h) Periodically apply plumbers silicone grease to the circlip pin and the threaded section on the adaptor. THIS WILL HELP PROTECT THE MOVING PARTS FROM DUST AND PARTICLES AND EXTEND THE LIFE OF YOUR PURCHASED PRODUCT.
i) Never allow the torque of core drill to fully compress the spring. As soon as the outer core bit has scarred the wall, remove inner core bit. Before use, always ensure the existing hole allows the inner core bit to freely move without resistance. The inner core bit serves as a guide only for the outer core bit.(The existing hole may require re cutting first in the conventional manner).
j) – The clips are designed to be removed and prised off by hand only. Using tools, such as hammers or screwdrivers could break the clip.
